Set with 14 blue sapphires that frame the center diamond and accent the setting, weighing approximately 0.40 carats in total; also set with an additional 14 diamonds, a combination of Old Mine Cut & Single Cut diamonds, weighing approximately 0.26 carats in total. Setting and shoulders feature ornate pierced geometric cutout details and fine milgrain throughout. Fits size 5.5 approximately. Circa 1915.
