Victorian era Old Mine Cut Diamond Earrings composed of 18k yellow gold and silver. Set with 2 main Old Mine Cut diamonds per earring, weighing approximately 1.60 carats in total. Set with an additional 48 Old Mine Cut diamonds, weighing approximately 2.64 carats in total. The total carat weight of the earrings is 4.24 carats. Diamonds are in collet-style settings and are approximately K-L-M-N color, with the majority ranging from VS-SI clarities (with a couple that are I1). Earrings measure approximately 1.25″ tall & weigh 7.7 grams in total; with post backs. Earrings are antique components that were converted from an antique piece, likely a necklace. Circa 1860’s – 1870’s.
