Vintage 2.37 Carat Marquise Cut Diamond & Ruby Ring composed of 18k yellow gold. With a 2.37 carat Marquise Cut Diamond at the center, PGS certified H-I color/I1 clarity and set East/West. Ring also features 18 No Heat natural rubies, weighing approximately 3.15 carats in total. With an additional 38 Round Cut diamonds set into the shoulders and sides of the setting, weighing approximately 1.25 carats in total. Ring measures approximately 7/8″ wide at the front and 5/8″ tall, weighs 13.6 grams. Circa 1970’s.
