With a square-shaped lapis lazuli flanked by diamonds in the shoulders, 4 Old Single Cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.07 carats in total. The ring fits like a size 7 approximately and weighs 5.1 grams; the front of the ring measures approximately 11.37 mm tall by 8.91 mm wide. Circa 1960’s.
