With an additional 2 Straight Baguette Cut diamonds set into the shoulders, weighing approximately 0.50 carats in total. The setting also features 12 Single Cut diamonds set into the sides of the basket, as well as engraved details to the shoulders and prongs; fine milgrain throughout. Circa 1920’s.
