The center 1.32 carat Cushion Cut natural blue sapphire is GIA certified to have Ceylon origin, No Heat Treatment. With 46 diamonds — a combination of Old Mine, Old European Cut, and Rose Cut diamonds — weighing approximately 0.30 carats in total. With ornate, geometric cutout details and milgrain throughout the domed setting. Hallmarked for French origin. Circa 1920.
