French Retro 1.45 Ctw. Old Mine Cut Diamond Oval Cluster Cocktail Ring composed of 18k white gold and platinum. With a central Old Mine Cut diamond that is estimated to be 0.45 carats, surrounded by an additional 10 Old Mine Cut diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.00 carat in total. The diamonds are set into a platinum top that is surrounded and held by the 18k white gold setting with vertical groove details. The front of the ring measures approximately 18.2 mm tall by 18.8 mm wide and sits 6.4 mm off of the finger; weighs 15.8 grams. Hallmarked for French origin. With a small dent to one of the ring’s shoulders, consistent with normal wear of vintage jewelry. Circa 1940-1950.
