Austrian Vintage Diamond ‘Knotted Rope’ Ring by Kurt Wayne, composed of 18k yellow gold and platinum. The ring is designed to look like a knotted rope made out of 18k yellow gold. With 5 Round Brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.27 carats set in platinum at the center of the ‘knot’. The ring measures approximately 1 1/8” tall by 1” wide and approximately 11 mm off the finger; weighs 14.8 grams. Fits like a size 6 approximately (sizable). This design attributed to the Austrian jeweler Kurt Wayne. Circa 1970’s.
