Vintage Italian Diamond Twist Gold Collar Necklace composed of 18k yellow gold. Set with 48 Round Brilliant Cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.00 carat in total; weighs 65 grams. With a slightly graduated design, measures approximately 8 mm wide at the front and 5.5 mm wide at the back. A portion of the back hinges up so the necklace can be put on and taken off. Fits like an approximately 15” long collar necklace. Stamped for Italian origin. Circa 1980’s.
