Returns Policy
Antique & Vintage:
All jewelry items that were not made to order may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
* Amount of time to return can be extended. Please contact us to discuss.
If you are unsure about your purchase or would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss return or exchange. Customers must contact us prior to shipping returns so that we can issue a free return shipping label (applicable within the continental U.S. only). Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will gladly process a full refund.
International Returns:
We do not offer free return shipping on international orders. International customers are responsible for insuring and sending return shipments, as well as paying for any and all duties/taxes/tariffs that Platt Boutique Jewelry is charged upon delivery. Once we receive the item in its original condition with any associated duties/taxes/tariffs paid, we will gladly process a full refund.
Custom Designs:
Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied, please call us — we will work it out with you!
Warranty
Platt Boutique Jewelry offers a free lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects on every piece of jewelry we sell. If you experience any problem with your purchase, you are welcome to make an appointment or ship it back to us for evaluation. If we deem the problem a manufacturing issue, Platt Boutique Jewelry will repair the item at no expense to the customer. The warranty excludes damages resulting from excessive wear-and-tear, and/or negligent handling subsequent to purchase. We offer lifetime, free-of-charge replacement of any small side stones or accent diamonds that may fall out. Any repairs or work not done by Platt Boutique Jewelry will void our warranty. Please feel free to contact us and ask about the condition and durability of an item before you purchase.
