Once you have found the piece of jewelry you want, make sure you act quickly because once it’s gone, it’s gone. If you need more photos or information about the ring or simply have any questions, don’t hesitate to [link: contact us] and we would be more than happy to help. Once payment is received, we will start getting you piece of jewelry ready for shipping. If your ring requires resizing please allow extra time.
Step Two: It’s Time to Ship
Each piece of jewelry is shipped complimentary (within the US), fully insured and overnight. We ship Tuesday through to Saturday. Please note that the billing address for the card used to purchase your ring and the shipping address must match. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

We hope you love you piece of jewelry! Don’t forget we offer a 7 day money back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will take care of it from there. This does not apply to custom orders, such as bands that are made to order and custom rings.

Ring Sizing
All of our rings can be sized to suit any finger unless specifically stated on the item’s description. The first ring sizing is complimentary. Rings that have been sized by us can be returned as long as it’s within our 7 day return policy. Rings sized by other parties are final sale.
If you don’t know your ring size please come on by and we will be happy to size you! We can keep your ring sizes on record for future gift or purchases. If you are not local, we recommend you visit a reputable jeweler in your area to ascertain your ring size. Don’t forget to write it down!

What are your store opening hours?
You can visit our store located at 7427 Beverly Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90036 Monday’s through Saturdays from 11 am to 6pm.
Do I need an appointment to visit the Platt boutique?

I'd like to give my significant other a ring and don't know what size he or she is. How do I find out?
First, we recommend trying to find a ring they wear on the SAME finger you’re thinking about so that you can borrow it for a day so we can size it. If you can’t bring the ring in then we recommend you try it on your pinky and mark your pinky where the ring sits. If no ring is available, we suggest measuring the finger while they are sleeping! Use a piece of yarn or dental floss, have a pen handy to mark off the correct length, and send us the length as measures against a ruler. We aren’t going to promise we get this absolutely right, but we can work together on it!
I need help buying an engagement ring?
Don’t panic–we got you! Engagement rings are our specialty. We have helped hundreds of people figure this one out. Come by the boutique to talk or email us but first have in mind: What metal color are you looking for (Yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum?), what type of gemstone you’re interested in, what shape of stone are you interested in, what era you are looking for (Georgian, Victorian, Art Nouveau, Edwardian, Art Deco, Retro, Contemporary?) Along with a ballpark budget. Having some of these elements in mind will help us find the perfect ring for you.
How should I clean my jewelry? / How do I care for my jewelry?
We offer a lifetime free cleaning service on any items purchased from us. You are welcome to stop into the boutique for a cleaning anytime. At home, we suggest cleaning your jewelry with a mild soap and old toothbrush. Scrub your jewelry as if you are brushing your teeth from all angles & then rinse with clean water. If your jewelry contains opals, pearls or other stones sensitive to water or chemicals please email or call us first.
How long will it take to produce a bespoke or custom piece?
Made to order pieces typically take 2 to 4 weeks to complete. Some items will take up to 6 weeks.
Can I order from overseas?
We offer free international shipping to select locations via FedEx International Insured. Please check with us before placing your order to ensure we are able to ship to your location. Any customs or taxes assessed at your country’s border will be your responsibility to pay.
What is your returns policy?

What methods of payment do you except?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, PayPal, cashier’s check or bank checks and personal checks (which will have to clear before the item is sent out). Please contact us directly for wire transfer instructions.
Only California state residents are subject to sales tax. The tax rate is based on your country of residence. Los Angeles residents will incur a 9.5% sales tax.
How can I have my details removed from your mailing list?
There is a button that says ‘unsubscribe’ on the bottom of every email we send. Click this button to remove your email address from our mailing list. Alternatively, you can email us with your details and we can do this for you.
How secure is Platt Boutique Jewelry’s online shop?
We have implemented internet security technology to ensure that it is safe for you to shop with us. We use standard encryption known as SSL (secure sockets layer) to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security. We do not hold any of your credit card details anywhere on our website. Such information is simply passed securely to our payments processor for authorisation by your bank. If you choose to store your card details for future payments, these are held by our payment processor, not the website.
