The center 12.50 carat Cabochon natural violet sapphire has star asterism and is PGS certified to have No Heat Treatment. With diamonds accenting the mounting and shoulders — a combination of Baguette Cut and Transitional Cut diamonds — weighing approximately 0.65 carats in total. With ornate, geometric cutout details and milgrain to the setting. Stamped 'Birks Ryrie'; American origin. Circa 1920.
