American Mid-Century Garnet Hearts & Dice Pendant by Ruser, composed of 14k yellow gold on a 14k yellow gold chain. With 2 heart-shaped garnets weighing approximately 4.00 carats in total, positioned above and below a pair of dice. There are 15 Round Brilliant Cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.50 carats in total set into the dice (which read ‘7’s at the front and top). The pendant measures approximately 1 1/2″ in diameter; weighs 17.3 grams. Signed for Ruser; American origin. Circa 1950’s.

On a contemporary 14k yellow gold open bar-link chain that measures 16″ long, with a rounded lobster clasp; weighs 3.5 grams.
