Early Victorian era 1.58 Ct. Old European Cut Diamond Pendant and Antique Gold Chain Necklace. The antique pendant is composed of 14k light yellow gold & silver, and the antique gold chain is composed of 14k light yellow rosy gold. The 1.58 carat Old European Cut diamond is GIA certified M color/I1 clarity, set within a silver 4-prong collet-style setting that is backed in 14k light yellow gold. The pendant measures approximately 9.3 mm in diameter, weighs 1.5 grams. Circa 1850.

The diamond pendant can be removed from the antique double curb-link 14k light yellow gold chain, which has a 1 7/8″ long lariat-style drop with a dog-clip clasp that can slide freely along the chain. The chain measures approximately 18 1/2″ long and 4.6 mm wide; weighs 24.1 grams. With a medium O-ring clasp at the back. Circa 1900.
