Victorian era 3.70 Ctw. Old Cut Diamond Crescent Moon Pendant Necklace composed of 14k yellow gold and silver. Set with 74 Old Cut diamonds, a combination of Old Mine Cut and Rose Cut diamonds weighing 3.70 carats in total. Converted to a pendant from an antique brooch. Silver top, 14k gold back. Crescent measures approximately 1 7/16″ wide by 1 7/16″ tall. On a contemporary 14k yellow gold 18″ long chain with a lobster clasp. Weighs 13.5 grams in total. Circa 1860.
